We've been friends for several years, but outside of a few head shots Pearl sat in for while I was lighting testing one day, we'd somehow managed never to have had an actual shoot together. For the last several months we'd been talking about remedying this 'oversight,' and it turned out that Pearl was in the area for another shoot in the afternoon on the same day I had an unbooked evening. So we took advantage of the opportunity of coinciding schedules, and made this our shoot date.

This shoot revolved around several experiments of color, texture, and lighting, exploring some further possibilities of a couple of my favorite prop/set pieces.
