Illusion Complete
Date: 07/24/2008
This is a moderately photo-manipulated version of our corset paint, to complete the illusion that the entirety of the model's body
exists exactly as portrayed by the extreme constraints of the painted corset.
The degree of digital alteration of the image is much more minimal than it might appear. Her left side follows the painted blackout
line almost exactly. Her right hip and waist are altered from the blackout line to make a smooth curve for the exact position she's
standing in in this image. The rim light is "repainted" along the new body line.
"Completing" the illusion with only this moderate degree of photomanipulation work would not be possible without the painstaking
blocking and body mapping work done to lay out the painted corset at the beginning of the shoot.
A Scrap of Lace

Finishing touches being added to the ensemble as Lisa positions a strip of lace for a test shot to see which style fits best.
The body of the corset was essentially finished, but the lace trim needed to be selected and applied. You can still see some
of the "sketch" marks in the blackout area from the stages of refining the shape of the corset itself.
