Houghton Park Reflections
March 12, 2011
I was free this sunny spring afternoon, and took my camera down the street to the park to shoot whatever caught my interest. I found myself particularly fascinated by the distorted reflections of trees and structures in the windows of the youth center buildings on the grounds.
I also walked around behind the park, down the residential streets that border the neighboring Jordan High School athletic fields, and then back to the studio and up past the laundromat to the Bodega where I frequently buy groceries.
It was a completely relaxed and pleasant walk through my familiar surroundings, catching a few glimpses I don't think to look for day to day when the camera isn't in my hands.
